At Oco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart security experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your camera within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Place the Oco camera and all original accessories, including cables and power adapters, back into the original retail packaging to ensure safe transit.

    Ship the Device

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
